About the Business

We are partnering with an investment group to appoint a Group CFO within a growing buy-and-build platform in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The group operates across multiple sites (currently MN & WI) and generates $28m+ in revenue, with a clear strategy to scale significantly through a combination of organic growth and acquisition.

With committed capital and an active deal pipeline, the platform is focused on building a portfolio of supply chain and production-led businesses across the U.S.

This is a critical, executive leadership role with broad responsibility across financial strategy, operational finance, cash management, reporting infrastructure, acquisition integration and long-term value creation.

Reporting directly to the Board, the Group CFO will act as the senior financial leader across the US platform, partnering closely with investors and operational leadership to help shape and execute the group’s strategic objectives.

The role requires a commercially minded, hands-on finance executive capable of balancing strategic leadership with operational execution within a multi-site manufacturing and supply chain environment.

  • Recruiting and coaching the future finance team

This is a hands-on role in a growth-oriented, capital-conscious environment.

About the Candidate

  • Track record of working within growth-oriented or investor-backed (PE or similar) environments
  • Experience supporting or executing M&A and post-acquisition integration
  • Experience in cash flow management and short-term liquidity planning
  • Working capital optimization background (inventory, receivables, payables)
  • Operating in cash-sensitive or resource-constrained environments
  • Ability to balance growth ambitions with financial discipline
