Location: Midwest-based role (flexible)

Travel: Regular travel required across sites, customers and acquisition prospects

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 + bonus, LTIP, benefits

About the Business

We are partnering with a UK-based, private investment group with the appointment of a CEO to lead a growing US platform within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The group operates across multiple sites (currently MN & WI) and generates approx. $28m+ in revenue, with a clear strategy to scale significantly through a combination of organic growth and acquisition.

With committed capital and an active deal pipeline, the platform is focused on building a portfolio of supply chain and production-led businesses across the U.S.

About the Role

This is a CEO position with full responsibility for leading US operations. You will serve as the senior executive leader on the ground, working closely with investors while driving performance, integration, and growth across the platform.

The candidate can be based flexibly in the Midwest (MN, WI, IA, IL, MO, KS preferred), with regular travel across portfolio companies required.

Key areas of focus include:

• Full P&L ownership across multi-site operations
• Driving financial discipline, cash flow visibility, and working capital performance
• Leading the integration of acquisitions and supporting ongoing M&A activity
• Strengthening operational efficiency and margin performance
• Partnering with investors on strategic execution and growth

This is a hands-on role in a growth-oriented, capital-conscious environment.

About the Candidate

We’re looking for a proven leader who thrives in exciting, dynamic growth projects. The preferred candidate profile looks like:

• Experience in a CEO / President role
• A background in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-led businesses
• Finance-led career path (prior CFO experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with M&A and post-acquisition integration (private equity experience is a plus)

The candidate must possess strong financial acumen, particularly in:

• Cash flow management
• Working capital optimization
• Operating in cash-sensitive environments

This role will suit a finance-led operator who combines sharp commercial instincts with operational oversight.
