Location: Malmesbury (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 FTE
The Company
Right Pear is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a unique and highly regarded organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator. Supporting a wide range of businesses, this organisation offers a stable, professional environment where accuracy, discretion and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
This is an office-based role with excellent long-term stability, outstanding benefits and the opportunity to work within a close-knit finance team.
The Role
Reporting to the Transaction Services Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple entities. This isn't a traditional purchase ledger position - you'll be responsible for handling sensitive payment requests, carrying out verification checks and maintaining strong financial controls whilst working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing domestic and international payment requests
- Reviewing invoices and preparing payment runs
- Supplier onboarding, bank verification and due diligence checks
- Maintaining purchase orders and invoices within the ERP system
- Supporting weekly payment runs across multiple banking platforms
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and personal assistants
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and approval processes
- Supporting ad hoc finance and process improvement activities
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.
You'll ideally have experience in:
- Accounts Payable, payments or transactional finance
- Finance or office administration
- Supplier onboarding or verification processes
- Processing high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail
- Working with confidential information
- Building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Experience with international payments or ERP systems would be advantageous but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
Just as importantly, you'll be calm under pressure, personable, organised and looking for a role where you can make a long-term contribution.
The Package
- £28,000 - £31,000 FTE
- 6% discretionary bonus
- Part-time (30 hours) or full-time available
- + an extensive list of excellent benefits!
