Our client, a fast-growing independent tax practice, is expanding its Corporate Tax – M&A & Transactions team and looking for ambitious Managers and Assistant Managers to join their Bristol office. What You’ll Do

Advise clients on M&A, reorganisations, due diligence, demergers, and structuring.

Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance and advisory work.

Work directly with clients and intermediaries, becoming a trusted advisor.

Develop your leadership skills by supporting and mentoring junior team members.
What We’re Looking For

CTA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified (part-qualified considered for AM).

3+ years’ corporate tax experience (Assistant Manager) / 4+ years (Manager).

Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and accounting (loss relief, corporate interest restrictions, deferred tax, CFCs, exceptional items).

Great communication skills and a proactive approach.

Alphatax experience is a plus but not essential.
